If GitTrail Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you'll get it in full. No questions needed.

Renewals

Ask within 14 days of a renewal you didn't mean to keep, and we'll refund that renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

How to ask

Refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Either:

reply to your receipt email from Paddle.com, or use the link in it, or
email [support email] with the email you bought with.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

The app goes back to Free the next time your license refreshes. Your repositories, accounts and settings stay as they are.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to any rights you have under the consumer law where you live; it doesn't replace them.
